Site Host Agreement

Service Partner Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TOMS Mobile Application, you agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement is between Technical Operations and Maintenance Solutions (TOMS) and the individual or entity acting as an EV Site Host or Service Partner. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use our services.
2. User Roles and Visibility
Site Hosts grant TOMS and Service Partners access to technical data related to charging infrastructure. Service Partners agree to provide certified work and report all findings truthfully within the system interface. Visibility is limited based on user role to ensure data privacy and operational security.
3. QR Reporting System
Issues reported via the TOMS QR Code system are processed through our central point system. Users acknowledge that reporting does not guarantee immediate physical response but initiates ticket visibility protocol for Site Hosts and local Service Partners.
4. Data Usage and Security
TOMS collects infrastructure performance data to improve network reliability nation-wide. Your usage signifies consent to our data collection practices as outlined in our primary Privacy Policy.
